  1. As a Jeweler, how do I log in?
    Answer:
    To log in, go to Sign In/Register in the upper right part of your page, select Log In and then enter your Jeweler ID and Password information.

    To access the daily letter and the Fifth Avenue Collection backend, insure that you are logged in first and then select Hello, your name in the upper right of your browser and then select Jeweler Home.

Living and working closely together as family has taught us that progress for one means progress for all. We apply this philosophy to our business, recognizing the contributions of each Jeweler, Sales Leader, and employee is instrumental to the success of the entire company.

    No, Fifth Avenue Collection is a family-run global direct selling company selling high quality, fine fashion jewellery founded in 1989. We offer women a career that gives them personal and financial rewards outside the home without compromising their commitment to family life.

    Fifth Avenue Collection evolved from a hobby that began many years ago. The Butler family began cutting and polishing gemstones in the basement of their home. The entire family developed a keen interest in their craft which eventually branched into an interest in jewellery design. Although they worked mainly with local stones in the beginning, it wasn’t long before they were cutting gemstones from around the world.

    From these humble beginnings evolved a direct sales company that encompasses thousands of independent Jewelers from Canada, the United States, England, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and China. Fifth Avenue Collection boasts one of the most comprehensive collections of high-line fashion jewellery. It is the brand of choice for millions of fashion conscious women around the world.

  2. What is your Warranty?
    Answer:
    6 Month Repair or Free Replacement Warranty
    If an item is found to be defective within 6 months, include your bill of sale and send it back to us and we will happily repair or replace free of charge.

    For jewellery that needs service past the 6 month Warranty period, simply enclose $5.00 to cover shipping and handling.

  2. Is my information secure?

    We use Beanstream Internet Commerce, a Digital River Company, to process your payments. Beanstream is a PCI Level 1 (the highest level) certified service provider. This means they hold to the highest industry standards for data protection and network security, and our business and cardholder data is safe with them. As part of their ongoing security program they perform rigorous checks of their systems, both internally and via independent third-parties, to ensure they meet or exceed card association requirements.

    Beanstream has also met these rigorous Canadian audit controls for financial service providers: SSAE 16 SOC 1 Type 2, CSAE 3416 and ISAE 3402.
